摘要

气性脉学理论源于《黄帝内经》，经历代发展，由张西俭教授基于气能气质分析、气机病机理论及临证体悟总结提出并不断发展完善。该学说视脉象为人体气机动态变化的全息反映，强调应从气机动态变化中把握脉象本质。核心理论包括：以气能气质为纲统摄诸脉；以气机变化为基点，构建“脉象-气能气质-病机”认知链；将寸口脉视为全身气机三维动态缩影；打破脏腑机械对应观，主张三焦、表里、上下动态定位；强调脉诊在四诊中的先行与导向作用。

Abstract

The theory of qi dynamic pulse study originated from

the Huangdi Neijing

， and through development by successive generations， was summarized and proposed by Professor Zhang Xijian based on the analysis of qi-energy and qi-quality， the theory of qi movement pathogenesis， and his clinical insights. This theory regards pulse manifestations as a holographic reflection of the dynamic changes of the body's qi movement， emphasizing that the essence of the pulse should be grasped through the dynamic changes of qi. lude： using qi-energy and qi-quality as the guiding principles to categorize all pulse types； taking changes in qi movement as the fundamental point to construct a cognitive chain of "pulse manifestation—qi-energy

qi-quality—pathogenesis"； viewing the Cunkou pulse as a three-dimensional microcosm of the body's qi movement； breaking away from the rigid mechanical correspondence with the viscera， advocating instead for dynamic positioning based on the Sanjiao， exterior-interior， and upper-lower relationships； and emphasizing the leading and guiding role of pulse diagnosis within the four diagnostic methods.
