This paper introduces the clinical trial of Yan Shiyun， a master of traditional Chinese medicine， using Buyang Huanwu Decoction to treat different diseases simultaneously. The confirmed cases include cerebral infarction， chronic subdural hematoma， coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure after PCI， cardiac neurosis， peripheral facial paralysis， and vitiligo. It is believed that although the six tested diseases and symptoms may not be the same， the main pathogenesis is qi deficiency and blood stasis. Therefore， the Buyang Huanwu Decoction added and subtracted is selected for clinical treatment， and the therapeutic effect is quite good. This reflects Professor Yan's diagnosis and treatment principles of treating different diseases together and adhering to the pathogenesis， providing reference for expanding the clinical treatment scope of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.
