综述中药调控核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路防治子宫内膜异位症(EMT)作用机制的研究进展。近年来运用中药单体及复方调控NF-κB信号通路治疗EMT成为研究热点,中药治疗EMT可通过抑制NF-κB信号通路调控包括基质金属蛋白酶(,MMPs,)家族、白介素(,IL,)家族、环氧合酶-2(,COX,-,2,)、血管内皮生长因子(,VEGF,)、前列腺素E,2,(,PGE,2,)、细胞间黏附分子-1(,ICAM,-,1,)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(,VCAM,-,1,)等靶基因的表达,起到抗炎及抑制细胞增殖、黏附、侵袭作用,进而阻滞细胞周期,促进细胞凋亡,抑制血管生成。
The research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in regulating nuclear transcription factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway to prevent endometriosis (EMT) is reviewed. In recent years, the use of TCM monomer and compound to regulate the NF-κB signaling pathway in the treatment of EMT has become a research focus. TCM plays an anti-inflammatory role by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway that regulates the expression of target genes, including the matrix metalloproteinases(,MMPs,)family, interleukin(,IL,)family, cyclooxygenase-2 (,COX,-,2,), vascular endothelial growth factor (,VEGF,), prostaglandin E,2 ,(,PGE,2,), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (,ICAM,-,1,), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (,VCAM,-,1,), etc. These together act as anti-inflammatory and inhibit cell proliferation, adhesion, and invasion, then block the cell cycle, promote apoptosis, inhibit angiogenesis.
