脑是肺癌最易发生转移的部位之一,探析肺癌脑转移的发病机制对肺癌远处转移的防治和预后具有重要意义。基于“肺脑相系”理论,结合肺、脑的生理和病理特点,从气机、五行、藏象、经络等角度阐述肺与脑的相关性,探讨肺癌脑转移的病机,进而为从肺论治肺癌脑转移提供理论依据。
Lung cancer is most likely to metastasize to the brain. It is important to explore the pathogenesis of brain metastasis of lung cancer for the prevention, treatment and prognosis of distant metastasis of lung cancer. Based on the theory of “lung-brain correlation”, we aim to explain the correlation between the lungs and brain in terms of qi movement, five elements, visceral manifestations, as well as channels and collaterals, explore the pathogenesis of lung cancer brain metastasis and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of lung cancer brain metastasis from the lungs by considering the physiological and pathological characteristics of the lungs and brain.
