从脑出血病理机制出发,以脑-肠轴为核心,综述脑出血后神经炎症与肠道菌群双向互动的相关研究进展。肠道菌群及其代谢产物是调控脑出血后神经炎症的重要因素,其可能是通过激活免疫细胞、调控细胞因子、干预脑-肠轴而发挥作用(促炎或抗炎),也有可能是通过作用于肠道内环境而影响肠道功能及炎症反应的发生。脑-肠轴是发挥上述调控作用的关键途径,菌群移植、中医药疗法均有望成为脑出血的治疗手段。
Based on the pathological mechanism of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), we reviewed the recent studies on the bidirectional interaction between neuroinflammation and gut microbiota after ICH, with the brain-gut axis as the core. The gut microbiota and its metabolites are important factors in the regulation of neuroinflammation after ICH, which may act through activation of immune cells, modulation of cytokines, intervention in the brain-gut axis (pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory), or may directly affect intestinal function and inflammatory responses by acting on the intestinal environment. The brain-gut axis is a key pathway for these regulatory effects. Microbiota transplantation and traditional Chinese medicine therapy are promising treatment methods for ICH.
