This paper introduces Professor Cui Yun’s experience in treating male diseases from spleen and stomach. It is believed that spleen and stomach transport essence， qi， blood and body fluid， nourish other four visceral organs， and then play a regulatory role in male reproductive organs. Abnormal of spleen and stomach is an important cause of male diseases. To treat male diseases from spleen and stomach， it is necessary to balance the deficiency and excess of spleen and stomach， and rationally choose the method of replenishing deficiency and reducing excess. Two medical cases are also presented.
