摘要

脊髓型颈椎病是最严重的颈椎病亚型，具有临床症状重、致残率高且预后不理想等特点。全国中西医结合标准化技术委员会在2021年颁布了《脊髓型颈椎病中西医结合诊疗专家共识》，本专家共识从脊髓型颈椎病的定义、病因病机、发病机制、诊断要点、治疗原则、中西医结合治疗、术后康复和护理调养等方面进行了全面介绍。为使临床医师更好地了解本专家共识，现对其进行解读。

Abstract

Cervical spondylotic myelopathy （CSM） is the most serious subtype of cervical spondylosis， characterized by severe clinical symptoms， a high disability rate， and poor prognosis. In 2021， the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine promulgated the ,Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy with Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,， which provided a comprehensive introduction to the definition， etiology， pathogenesis， diagnosis， treatment principles， integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment methods， postoperative rehabilitation， nursing and aftercare of CSM. The consensus has been interpreted comprehensively to achieve a better understanding among clinicians.
