摘要

梳理徐氏儿科扶阳育阴法的学术思想和源流。认为儿童室性早搏的中医病因病机不论外感内伤，皆可由心之气血阴阳失调，阴虚无以制阳，虚阳浮越而不得敛导致；治以扶阳育阴、养心定悸，方用小儿复脉汤。并举验案1则。

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to sort out the academic thought and origin of the method of reinforcing yang and enriching yin in Xu’s pediatrics. It is considered that the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of ventricular premature beats in children may be the imbalance of qi and blood， yin and yang， and the external floating of yang deficiency due to the failure of yin deficiency to control yang. The disease is treated with Xiao’er Fumai Decoction by the method of reinforcing yang and enriching yin， and nourishing the heart and stopping palpitation. And one proven case is presented.
