This paper introduces Professor Ouyang Weiquan’s clinical experience in the treatment of eczema with Biantong Maxing Yigan Decoction. There are 9 kinds of Chinese medicine in the Biantong Maxing Yigan Decoction, which can be used in both attack and remission stage of eczema. Its indication includes the patients with strong constitution and tight skin, who are not easy to sweat with rough and dry skin; eczema at early stage or occurring repeatedly, and the rash is characterized by erythema, papules, blisters with slight swelling and erosive exudate, or eczema for a long time with repeated papules, blisters, exudate, dryness and desquamation. The patients are often accompanied by severe itching, thick or greasy tongue coating. And 2 proven cases are presented.
