摘要
综述帕金森病（PD）临床异质性的研究进展。总结PD不同临床亚型的症状特点及相应的神经病理学依据，并分析中医证候分型与临床异质性的内在联系，旨在将PD西医临床分型与中医辨证分型相结合，开展中西医并重的诊疗模式，为PD的个体化精准治疗提供新的思路。
Abstract
This article reviewed the research progress on clinical heterogeneity of Parkinson’s disease (PD) in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. It summarized the characteristic symptoms of PD patients with different clinical subtypes and corresponding neuropathological basis. Meanwhile, the internal relationship between TCM syndrome type and clinical heterogeneity of PD was further analyzed. It aimed to combine the clinical classification of PD with western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation to develop a diagnosis and treatment model with equal emphasis on Chinese and western medicine, which provided a new idea for individualized and precise treatment of PD.
