筋的三种生物力学特性[同步与强化(代偿)性、分割与连接性、记忆性]保证了正常骨关节的生理功能,同时又是这三种特性导致了应力集中及慢性筋骨病损的发生发展。在临床处理策略上强调以筋带骨,围绕上述三种特性进行针对性调整,达到病损节段的应力再分配,从而阻止慢性筋骨病损的进程。
Three biomechanical properties of tendons [synchronization and reinforcement(compensatory), segmentation and connectivity, and memorability]ensure the normal physiological function of the bone and joint, and it is the three properties that lead to stress concentration and the development and progression of chronic tendon and bone lesions. In the clinical management, the strategy of "through the tendons to the bones" is emphasized. By orienting targeted adjustments around the three properties, redistribution of stress in the diseased segment can be achieved to stop the process of chronic tendon and bone lesions.
