介绍了根据中医传统火针疗法改良后创制出的电火针疗法治疗稳定期白癜风的临床体会。认为与传统火针相比,电火针疗法具有烫伤及感染风险较低、治疗效率更高、疼痛感较低等优势。同时,通过初步的小样本患者自身前后对照临床观察发现,电火针与准分子光疗诱导稳定期白斑复色的作用相当,白斑复色率的高低主要取决于白斑的部位,头面部较敏感、疗效较好,而手足部较不敏感、疗效较差。并附验案1则。
This paper introduces the clinical experience of electrocautery needling (a therapy improved from traditional Chinese medicine fire needling) in treating vitiligo in stable stage. We believe that compared with traditional fire needling, electrocautery needling has the following advantages: lower risk of scald and infection, higher treatment efficiency and less pain feelings. Meanwhile, based on a preliminary clinical observation on the condition of a small sample of patients before and after treatment, it was found that electrocautery needling and excimer laser phototherapy had an equivalent effect on inducing the repigmentation of white depigmented macules in stable stage. The rate of repigmentation of vitiligo white macules mainly depends on the location. Those presenting on the skin of the head and face have better curative effect as they are more sensitive, while those at hands and feet have relatively worse curative effect as they are less sensitive. One proven case is provided.
