摘要

腺样体肥大是儿科临床常见病、多发病，其主要的病理产物为痰，历代医家多从痰论治。随着运脾学说的发展，姜之炎教授通过总结多年的临床经验，发现本病与脾脏的关系密切，提出“运脾治鼻”的新理论，并用于指导小儿腺样体肥大的治疗，临床疗效显著。

Abstract

Adenoid hypertrophy is a common and frequently-occurring disease in pediatrics, and its main pathological product is phlegm, so physicians of all ages often treat the disease from the point of view of phlegm. With the development of the theory of activating the spleen, Professor Jiang Zhiyan, through summing up many years of clinical experience, found that the disease is closely related to the spleen, and put forward a new theory of "treating the nose by activating the spleen" , which is used to guide the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children, with remarkable clinical effect.
