特定部位刺法作为针灸疗法中的重要组成部分,已得到人们的广泛认可。近年来,李永明教授经过多年研究发现,所有特定部位针刺区域如头、眼、耳、口唇、腹、腕踝等,均为肥大细胞聚集区,肛区也如此,但肛区尚未形成相应的特定部位刺法。故此,李永明教授与王富春教授共同提出:肛区因其与经络脏腑的联系密切,生理解剖结构特殊,且为肥大细胞聚集区,故也存在着相应的特定部位刺法,即肛针疗法。根据两位专家多年的临床经验,并结合医案,对肛针疗法的分区、主治、穴位及操作要领等做出初步探讨。
Specific site acupuncture has been widely recognized as an important part of acupuncture therapy. Through many years of research, Professor Li Yongming has found that all the specific acupuncture areas, such as the head, eyes, ears, mouth, abdomen, wrist and ankle, are mast cell aggregation areas, and so is the anal area, but no corresponding specific site acupuncture has been proposed for the anal area. Therefore, professor Li Yongming and professor Wang Fuchun jointly put forward that there is also a corresponding specific site acupuncture for the anal area, namely anus acupuncture as the anal area closely connects with the meridians and zang-fu organs, has a special physiological and anatomical structure and is a mast cell aggregation area. Based on many years of clinical experience of the two experts, a preliminary discussion on the zoning, indications, acupoints and operation essentials of anus acupuncture is made combined with medical records.
