摘要

介绍翁维良教授治疗冠脉支架植入术后缺血性心肌病伴严重左心功能不全验案1则。认为主要病机为正虚邪盛，虚实夹杂，尤以血瘀为甚；治疗以益气活血为主，根据病情变化或温阳、或利水、或养阴，具体处方包括冠心病6号方、四参养阴汤、生脉饮等。

Abstract

To introduce an effective case of Professor Weng Weiliang in treating ischemic cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricular dysfunction after coronary stent implantation. It is considered that the main pathogenesis is deficiency of healthy qi and excess of pathogenic factors, mixture of deficiency and excess, especially the blood stasis; the treatment idea is mainly to replenish qi and activate blood, meanwhile according to the change of the disease, or warm yang, or promote urination, or nourish yin, and the specific prescriptions include Coronary Heart Disease No. 6 Recipe, Sishen Yangyin Decoction, Shengmai Decoction, etc.
