摘要

介绍吴山教授以林氏定点旋转扳法为主诊治枕大神经痛的临床经验。认为筋骨力学失衡与风寒湿痹阻经络为本病的主要病因病机。临床诊疗中，在手法施展前注重准确定位；手法施展时理筋为先，爆发力正骨为要；手法施展后中药包热敷与功能锻炼相结合。并举验案1则。

Abstract

Professor Wu Shan’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of greater occipital neuralgia with Lin’s fixed-point rotating and pulling method as the main method was introduced in this article. Professor Wu believes that the mechanical imbalance of bones, muscles and tendons, and wind-cold-dampness blocking channels and collaterals are the main etiology and pathogenesis of the disease. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, Professor Wu pays attention to accurate positioning before manipulation; When manipulating, Professor Wu regulates the tendons and muscles first and then use explosive force to set bones. After manipulation, Professor Wu uses traditional Chinese medicine hot compress bag together with functional exercise. One proven case was provided.
