摘要

以国医大师刘志明教授从“阳郁血瘀”角度治疗病态窦房结综合征的学术思想为切入点,基于“阳郁血瘀”理论阐释哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路所主导的细胞凋亡和线粒体能量代谢在病态窦房结综合征病理机制中的参与过程,以及通阳活血方治疗病态窦房结综合征的主要作用机制。

Abstract

Based on the theory of “yang stagnation and blood stasis”, the involvement of apoptosis and mitochondrial energy metabolism through the mTOR signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of sick sinus syndrome and the main mechanism of treating sick sinus syndrome with Tongyang Huoxue (activating yang to promote blood circulation) prescription are explained by taking Professor Liu Zhiming’s academic idea of treating sick sinus syndrome from the angle of “yang stagnation and blood stasis” as the entry point.
