摘要

梳理历代注家对《金匮要略》“三焦竭部”的注解,考证“竭”的含义。“竭”在《吕氏春秋》等多种上古汉语文献中与“亡”相通,即有“离去”之意。结合宋版《伤寒论·平脉法第二》原文,认为“三焦竭部”即“三焦不归其部”之意,并非注家所谓之“衰竭”“虚竭”。

Abstract

Combing the notes of the past dynasties to the “San Jiao Jie Bu” in Medical Treasure of the Golden Chamber, the author makes a textual research on the meaning of “Jie(exhaustion)”. In LYU’s Commentaries of History and other ancient Chinese documents, “Jie” is connected with “Wang(death)”, that is to say, it has the meaning of “Ii Qu(departure)”. Combined with the Song version of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, the author holds that “San Jiao Jie Bu ” is the meaning of “San Jiao Bu Gui Qi Bu(Sanjiao does not belong to its part)”, is not the so-called “Shuai Jie (exhaustion)” and “Xu Jie( asthenia exhaustion)”.
