摘要

探讨“外风”学说指导下的小续命汤治疗中风病的临证实践体会。认为“外风”是中风病发病机制的主要方面,治风方剂在中风论治中占主导地位；并通过总结临床及实验研究成果,阐述小续命汤治疗中风的作用机制。

Abstract

This paper discusses the clinical experience of using Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of stroke under the guidance of the theory of “exogenous wind”. It is considered that “exogenous wind” is the main aspect of the pathogenesis of stroke, and the prescription of treating wind plays a dominant role in the treatment. By summing up the clinical and experimental research results, this paper expounds the mechanism of Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of stroke.
