摘要

通过检索人参皂苷Rg,2,和Rh,1,神经系统药理研究文献,综述人参皂苷Rg,2,和Rh,1,在此方面的药理作用及其相关作用机制的研究进展。现代药理学研究显示,人参皂苷Rg,2,和Rh,1,在神经系统方面具有很强的药理活性,具有保护神经细胞、抗脑缺血再灌注损伤、治疗阿尔茨海默病及血管性痴呆、抗抑郁等作用。

Abstract

By searching for the literatures on neuropharmacology of ginsenosides Rg,2, and Rh,1, the related pharmacological effects and mechanisms of ginsenosides Rg,2, and Rh,1, are reviewed. Modern pharmacological studies have found that ginsenosides Rg,2, and Rh,1, show strong pharmacological activity in nervous system,which can protect nerve cells, anti cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, treat Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia, anti-depression and so on.
