目的:探讨没食子儿茶素对脂肪细胞在高浓度葡萄糖条件下吸收葡萄糖的作用。 方法:应用3T3-L1前脂肪细胞分化模型,测定在脂肪细胞中没食子儿茶素对葡萄糖吸收的作用和对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞分化的影响。 结果:没食子儿茶素可促进脂肪细胞中高浓度葡萄糖(30 mmol/L)条件下由胰岛素刺激的葡萄糖吸收,加快3T3-L1前脂肪细胞的分化。 结论:没食子儿茶素可增加脂肪细胞葡萄糖吸收并促进3T3-L1前脂肪细胞分化,提示没食子儿茶素可有效改变血糖浓度和改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective:To explore the effects of (-)-Gallocatechin on the glucose uptake when the adipocytes were treated with high concentration of glucose. MethodsThe effects of (-)-Gallocatechin on glucose uptake and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were detected using a 3T3-L1 preadipocytes differentiation model. Results:The (-)-Gallocatechin increased insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in adipocytes under the condition of high-concentration glucose(30 mmol/L) and accelerated the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocyte. Conclusion:The (-)-Gallocatechin increases the glucose uptake in adipocytes and promotes the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes,which suggests that (-)-Gallocatechin may effectively improve the glycemic control and ameliorate the insulin resistance.
