摘要

综述生物碱类化合物对中枢神经系统影响的研究进展。生物碱对阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、抑郁、焦虑、惊厥、癫痫等中枢神经系统病症均有治疗及神经保护作用,并展望了其临床治疗的发展前景。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on influence of alkaloids compounds on central nervous system. Alkaloids show the therapeutic and neuroprotective effects on diseases of central nervous system,such as Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,depression,anxiety,convulsion,epilepsy. And the development prospect of their clinical treatment is also forecasted.
