This paper introduces Professor Li Bin’s analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic skin ulcer and his medication experience. It is considered that the diagnosis and treatment should integrate Chinese and western medicine,and take disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in combination. It is proposed that stasis and deficiency are two key pathological factors,and the treatment should promote granulation and remove blood stasis,clear dampness-heat,regulate spleen and stomach.
