Through the proven cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,dysmenorrhea,chilblain and Sheehan’s syndrome,this paper introduces the experience with Danggui Sini Decoction in the clinical application. It is considered that Danggui Sini Decoction shows the effects of warming channel for dispelling cold and promoting circulation of meridians,and the key to syndrome differentiation is deadly cold hands and feet with deep,faint and thread pulse. For the syndromes of constitutional blood deficiency,yang qi deficiency,cold pathogen stagnation,impeded circulation of qi and blood,Danggui Sini Decoction can be used in the treatment and modified according to disease condition,which could treat different diseases with same method.
