This paper discusses the internal connection between cold pathogenic diseases and miscellaneous diseases,including the primary and secondary,similarities and differences,separation and reunion in the syndrome and treatment. The cold pathogenic diseases are the former and the miscellaneous diseases are the latter. The general rules of cold pathogenic diseases are primary,and the various management of miscellaneous diseases are secondary. The syndrome and treatment of six meridians in cold pathogenic diseases provide the basic rules,and the syndrome and treatment of miscellaneous diseases reflect the flexibility in clinical practice,which suggest that the syndrome and treatment of cold pathogenic and miscellaneous diseases are consistent in essence. There are also miscellaneous diseases in the syndrome and treatment of six meridians in cold pathogenic diseases,and the treatment for miscellaneous diseases are also based on the syndrome and treatment of six meridians in cold pathogenic diseases,so Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)and Jingui Yaolve(Synopsis of Golden Chamber)only just present the different emphases in the problem analysis.
