目的:观察健身气功·六字诀对轻度认知功能障碍患者脑电波(EEG)的影响。 方法:将60例轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组进行为期3个月的健身气功·六字诀练习,对照组不练功。分别于试验前、试验1个月及试验3个月后检测患者简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分以及在任务状态下脑电波的变化情况。 结果:①试验前与试验1个月后组内比较,两组MMSE评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验前与试验3个月后组内比较,治疗组MMSE评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间试验3个月后比较,MMSE评分差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。②试验前与试验1个月后组内比较,对照组EEG近似熵差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组EEG近似熵已明显降低(P<0.05);试验前与试验3个月后组内比较,治疗组EEG近似熵明显降低(P<0.05)。组间试验1个月后比较,治疗组EEG近似熵已明显低于对照组(P<0.05);组间试验3个月后比较,EEG近似熵差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。③试验前与试验1个月后组内比较,对照组EEG LZ复杂度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组EEG LZ复杂度已明显降低(P<0.05);试验前与试验3个月后组内比较,治疗组EEG LZ复杂度明显降低(P<0.05)。组间试验1个月后比较,治疗组EEG LZ复杂度已明显低于对照组(P<0.05);组间试验3个月后比较,EEG LZ复杂度差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论:健身气功·六字诀可明显延缓轻度认知功能障碍患者的病情进展、改善记忆力,其对大脑功能产生的积极影响,在脑电波指标的某些测度上客观可证(如近似熵及LZ复杂度)。
Objective:To observe the effects of six-word common health Qigong on the electroencephalogram(EEG) of patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods60 patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group taken the six-word common health Qigong exercises for 3 months,and the patients in the control group did not take exercise. Before exercise,after exercise for one and three months,the changes on the score of mini mental state examination(MMSE)scale and the EEG in task state were detected. Results:①In both groups,there was no statistically significant difference on the MMSE score between the treatment before and after exercise for one month(P>0.05). In the treatment group,there was statistically significant difference on the MMSE score between the treatment before and after exercise for three months(P<0.05). After exercise for three months,there was statistically significant difference on the MMSE score between the two groups,and the score of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).②For the comparison between the treatment before and after exercise for one month,the difference on the approximate entropy of EEG was not statistically significant in the control group(P>0.05). Compared with treatment before,the EEG approximate entropy was obviously decreased in the treatment group after exercise for one month(P<0.05);and the EEG approximate entropy was obviously decreased in the treatment group after exercise for three months(P<0.05). After exercise for one month,the EEG approximate entropy in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After exercise for three months,there was statistically significant difference on the EEG approximate entropy between the two groups,and the EEG approximate entropy in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).③For the comparison between the treatment before and after exercise for one month,the difference on the LZ complexity of electroencephalogram was not statistically significant in the control group(P>0.05). Compared with treatment before,the LZ complexity of electroencephalogram was obviously decreased in the treatment group after exercise for one month(P<0.05);and the LZ complexity of electroencephalogram was obviously decreased in the treatment group after exercise for three months(P<0.05). After exercise for one month,the LZ complexity of electroencephalogram in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After exercise for three months,there was statistically significant difference on the LZ complexity of electroencephalogram between the two groups,and the LZ complexity of electroencephalogram in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The six-word common health Qigong can significantly delay the disease progression of patients with mild cognitive impairment and improve the memory. Its positive effect on brain function can be objectively proved by some indicators(approximate entropy and LZ complexity)in the electroencephalogram.
