摘要

概述蔡小荪教授调肾思想辨治妇科疾病的经验。探讨其调肾理论的主要概念、理论依据、基本原理、基本方法、基本方药、用药特色、临床应用等。认为调肾思想体现了蔡氏妇科的生育观、辨证观、治疗观。

Abstract

This paper reviewed Professor Cai Xiaosun’s thoughts and experience of kidney regulation in the differentiation and treatment of gynecological diseases. His theory of kidney regulation was discussed from some aspects such as main concepts,theoretical basis,basic principles,basic methods,basic prescriptions,medication characteristics,clinical application and so on. It considered that the thoughts of kidney regulation reflected the view of fertility,syndrome differentiation and treatment of Cai’s gynecology.
