Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with Yupingfeng Granule in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods86 patients of chronic urticaria (CU) were divided into the control group and treatment group according to random number table,43 cases in each group. The control group was orally treated with desloratadine citrate disodium,and the treatment group was orally treated with Yupingfeng Granule based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed,the disease severity was evaluated by urticarial activity scale(UAS),the life quality was assessed by dermatology life quality index(DLQI),and the changes of serum interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)were detected.  Results:①The total effective rate was 72.09% in the control group and 90.70% in the treatment group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ②After treatment,the symptom scores of pruritus and wheal were decreased in both groups(P<0.01),and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01). ③After treatment,the DLQI was significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.01),and the DLQI of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). ④After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IgE were decreased and the IFN-γ level was increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Desloratadine citrate disodium combined with Yupingfeng Granule shows definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which can enhance the life quality and improve the immune state of patients.
