This paper introduced Zhang Tingting’s clinical experience in treating endometriosis with therapy of clearing heat for removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals with pungent and warm-natured drugs. She considers the blood stasis blocking in uterus and Chong and Conception Channels as basic pathogenesis of this disease. In treatment,it should pay attention to the principles of disease and syndrome combination,deficiency and excess differentiation and treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions. The therapy of clearing blood stasis and warming and dredging,simultaneous application of warm and cold-natured drugs and reinforcement and elimination in combination are often used. And one proven case was presented.
