This paper introduced the clinical experience of Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. It considers that the diseases are caused by phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung and lung impairment of dispersing and descending. Guizhi Fuling Pill can promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis by dispersing and regulating qi movement,warming and dredging meridians,invigorating spleen for eliminating phlegm,astringing yin and clearing heat. One proven case was presented.
