摘要

“精血”概念在早期医籍中少有论述,通过对“精”“精气”等相关概念进行分析,认为精血可作为描述生命物质属性的基本概念。从后世医家论述来看,“精血”最初为精(生殖之精)与血的统称,尤其是男女生殖之精的合称；进一步被认为是生命活动的物质基础,由此深入到了“精血”概念的本质。

Abstract

The concept of essential blood is rarely discussed in the early medical books. Through the analysis on the related concepts such as essence and essential qi,it considers that essential blood can be used as the basic concept of describing the attribute of living substances. From the discussion in later medical books,essential blood is originally a general term for essence and blood,especially the combined term of reproductive essence of male and female. Further,it is considered as the material basis for life activities,which goes deep into the nature of the concept of essential blood.
