Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhuyu Quzhuo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia and the effect on the level of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A,2,(Lp-PLA,2,). Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy of western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhuyu Quzhuo Decoction based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 12 weeks. The efficacy on electrocardiogram,the levels of blood lipid,hemorheological indexes and Lp-PLA,2, in both groups were compared.  Results: The total effective rate was 78.18% in the observation group and 54.55% in the control group. The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P,<,0.05). After treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG in both groups were decreased(P,<,0.05),and the HDL-C level was increased(P,<,0.05). The improvement on blood lipid levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P,<,0.05). After treatment,the levels of hemorheological indexes,ADP and Lp-PLA,2, in both groups were obviously decreased compared with treatment before(P,<,0.05),and the levels of all indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P,<,0.05).  Conclusion: Zhuyu Quzhuo Decoction shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia,which can improve the blood lipid and hemorheology and decrease the levels of ADP and Lp-PLA,2,.
