摘要

介绍陆金根教授治疗老年功能性便秘的临床经验。认为老年功能性便秘以气阴两虚为多,治以益气养阴清化为主,自拟益气开秘方加减。并举验案2则。

Abstract

This paper introduced Professor Lu Jin’gen’s clinical experience in the treatment of functional constipation in elderly. He considers that the elderly patients with functional constipation often manifest the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,and the treatment should base on the therapy of benefiting qi,nourishing yin,clearing and removing. He proposes the Yiqi Kaimi prescription which modified according to the condition. Two proven cases were presented.
