Objective:To observe the influence of Yijinjing(changing tendon exercise)on motor function and life quality of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction. Methods60 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation interventions, the treatment group was treated with exercises of Yijinjing based on the treatment for the control group, with a course of 21 days. The scores changes of Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scale, improved Rankin Scale, Barthel index(BI)scale and quality of life(QOL)scale were observed. Results:For the comparison of treatment before and after, the scores of FMA scale,BI scale and QOL scale were all significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improved Rankin scale score was decreased in both groups(P<0.05).For the comparison after treatment, there were statistically significant differences on all the scale scores between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on the routine rehabilitation interventions,Yijinjing exercises can significantly improve the motor function of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction, promote the recovery of neurological function, enhance the ability of daily living and independent living levels.
