This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor Su Li in the treatment of Behcet’s disease. He considers that the pathogenesis of this disease is the dysfunction of spleen in transportation as root cause and poisonous damp-heat and static blood in liver meridian as manifestations. In the treatment,he proposes the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation and differentiation of rising and falling of vital qi and pathogen. He holds that the therapy of clearing heat and promoting diuresis and removing blood stasis and detoxication should be applied first and the therapy of strengthening vital qi should be applied throughout the whole treatment. And the treatment by stages should be carried out according to the condition.
