This paper introduced Ma Dazheng’s clinical experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases with couplet medicines,including Rhizoma Dioscoreae-Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli with effects of tonifying the spleen for stimulating the menstrual flow in treating amenorrhoea,Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae-Flos Inulae with effects of descending qi and activating blood circulation to stimulate the menstrual flow,Polyporus Umbellatus-Poria with effects of eliminating dampness and diuresis to stop bleeding,Ophicalcitum-Tremolite asbestos Actinolite with effects of removing blood stasis for hemostasis in treating blood symptoms,vinegar-Radix Sanguisorbae with effects of clearing heat and cooling blood for astringency,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-liquor with effects of promoting qi-flow and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Proven medical cases were presented.
