This paper briefly analyzed the effects of invigorating qi and blood in promoting method. As an important method in the treatment of sore and ulcer,the medicine composition of the promoting method is mainly based on the drugs with effects of invigorating qi and blood and promoting blood circulation for expelling toxin,and invigorating qi and blood is the basic element and foundation. In prescription,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Ginseng and Radix Angelicae Sinensis are commonly used invigorating drugs. These drugs play an important role such as bacteriostasis,immune regulation,reducing blood coagulation in the treatment of sore and ulcer.
