Objective:To observe the influence of Yiwei Xiaoai Decoction combined with OLF chemotherapy on life quality and immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 84 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the control group(41 cases)and Chinese medicine group(43 cases). Both groups were given OLF chemotherapy,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Yiwei Xiaoai Decoction additionally. After 3 cycles of chemotherapy,the changes of main TCM syndrome scores,scores of life quality in QLQ-C30 scale and immune function(CD3,+,CD4,+,CD8,+,)in both groups were observed.  Results:①For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the syndrome scores of epigastric pain,eating less and anorexia,adverse ascending of stomach qi,weakness and laziness to speak and the total score in the two groups(P,<,0.05), and there was statistically significant difference on the syndrome score of marasmus in Chinese medicine group(P,<,0.05). For the comparison after treatment,there were statistically significant differences on all the syndrome scores and the total score between the two groups(P,<,0.05).②For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the scores of physical function,emotional function,cognitive function and overall life quality in Chinese medicine group(P,<,0.05),there were statistically significant differences on the scores of cognitive function and overall life quality in the control group(P,<,0.05). For the comparison after treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the scores of physical function,emotional function,cognitive function and overall life quality between the two groups(P,<,0.05).③For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of CD3,+,CD4,+,CD8,+, and CD4,+,/CD8,+in, Chinese medicine group(P,<,0.05),there was statistically significant difference on the level of CD3,+in, the control group(P,<,0.05). For the comparison after treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of CD3,+,CD4,+,CD8,+, and CD4,+,/CD8,+bet,ween the two groups(P,<,0.05).  Conclusion: Yiwei Xiaoai Decoction combined with OLF chemotherapy can significantly improve the life quality of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and enhance the immune function.
