介绍一种智能艾灸设备的研制与应用。根据透灸法温热效应的作用机制,采用现代化的计算机电子技术,结合PID控制算法,实现对施灸温度、时间的精准智能控制;烟雾处理装置避免了艾烟的刺激;艾灸盒的设计及新型制作材料解决了现有艾灸盒易碎、不耐烧、不易清洗、易发烫等问题。设备兼具人性化设计,保证了施灸者的私密性;设备具有较强的临床实用性和推广价值,可使中医传统的艾灸疗法发挥更大的作用。
This paper introduced the development and application of an intelligent moxibustion equipment. According to the mechanism of hyperthermia in penetration moxibustion,based on modern computer and electronic technology combined with PID control algorithm,the precise and intelligent control of temperature and time in the process of moxibustion is achieved. The smoke treatment device avoids the stimulation from moxa smoke. The design of moxibustion box and the new production material solves the existing problems,such as the moxibustion box is easily fragile,not resistant to burn,hard to clean,easy to heat and so on. The humanization designs of equipment ensure the privacy of moxibustion operator. This equipment shows strong clinical practicability and popularization value,which can make the traditional moxibustion therapy play a greater role.
