This paper introduced professor Wang Longhui’s experience in treating infertility of polycystic ovarian syndrome. He considers that the main pathogenesis of this disease are dysfunction of kidney,spleen and liver and changes of qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm dampness. The therapy of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation can be applied,which means nourishing yin and blood combined with enhancing yang in postmenstrua period,invigorating kidney for activating blood circulation and enhancing yang to promote ovulation in intermenstrual period,activating blood circulation for regulating menstruation to eliminate blood stasis in menstrual period.
