This paper introduced the clinical experience of Dai Yiquan in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety by Baihe Zhuyu Decoction. He considers that this disease is mainly caused by deficiency of zang-fu viscera,emotional disorder,depression and blockage of qi movement,disharmony of qi and blood,malnutrition of heart spirit,which result in blood deficiency and blood stasis for a long time. He uses Baihe Zhuyu Decoction to nourish yin for promoting blood circulation and tranquillize for sedating mind,which shows exact efficacy.
