摘要

综述清热类及补益类中药调控天然免疫分子的研究进展。清热类及补益类中药在炎症状态及炎性疾病中能通过诱导或下调天然免疫分子的表达,起到杀伤病原体、调节免疫应答的作用,可为临床治疗感染性疾病提供一种新的思路。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the research progress on the regulation of heat-clearing and supplementing Chinese medicine on innate immune molecules. The heat-clearing and supplementing prescriptions and drugs can induce or down-regulate the expression of innate immune molecules in inflammatory condition and diseases,and thus play a role in killing pathogens and regulating immune response,which may provide a new idea for clinical treatment of infectious diseases.
