This paper discussed the meridian theory of rising and falling of qi-blood. The existing theories about rising and falling of qi-blood include yin yang theory,zang-fu viscera theory,pulse theory,channels circulation theory,five phases and eight diagrams theory and so on. On the existing basis,the rising and falling of qi-blood of meridian is interpreted from the theory of correspondence between manifestation and root cause,in order to supplement the relevant theory and provide the basis for better clinical application of meridian theory of rising and falling of qi-blood.
