摘要

探讨肖照岑运用熄风止痉药治疗咳嗽的临床经验。熄风止痉药擅平熄风动,制止痉挛抽搐；多为寒性,善于清热止痉、通经活络,动物药亦有咸味、辛味等,有通络辛散作用。并附验案2则。

Abstract

This paper discussed the clinical experience of Xiao Zhaocen in treating cough with medicine of calming endogenous wind for relieving spasm. This medicine can calm endogenous wind for relieving spasm. The nature is cold in common,which can clear heat for resolving convulsion and dredge the channels and activate the collaterals. Animal medicine are salty and pungent in flavour,which show the effects of dredging the collaterals and dispersing by pungent taste. Two proven cases were presented.
