摘要

综述人参皂苷Rb1和Rg1对中枢神经系统药理作用研究进展。人参皂苷具有提高人体免疫力、促进物质代谢、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗衰老等作用。其中二醇型人参皂苷Rb1和三醇型人参皂苷Rg1的含量最高,主要表现为对中枢神经系统疾病的兴奋和抑制作用。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 on central nervous system. Ginsenosides have many pharmacological effects,such as improving human immunity,promoting metabolism,anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,anti-aging and so on. Among all the components,the contents of glycol type ginsenoside Rb1 and triol type ginsenoside Rg1 are the highest and they mainly show the excitement and inhibition effects in the central nervous system diseases.
