摘要

综述中药单体逆转多药耐药基因1(MDR1)介导的肿瘤多药耐药机制研究进展。中药单体主要通过抑制MDR1基因的表达、抑制P-gp活性、抑制ATP酶、逆转凋亡抵制、抑制蛋白激酶活性等途径逆转MDR1介导的肿瘤多药耐药。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the mechanism of Chinese herbal monomers on reversing multidrug resistance gene 1 (MDR1) -induced tumor multidrug resistance. The mechanisms mainly include inhibiting the gene expression of MDR1, inhibiting the activity of P-gp, inhibiting ATP enzyme, reversing apoptosis, inhibit the activity of protein kinase and so on.
