摘要

“百病生于气”明确指出气机紊乱是疾病发生的重要机制,脾胃为气血生化之源、气机升降之枢纽,与气的运动关系密切。胃脘痛为常见脾胃系疾病,在治疗胃脘痛过程中应注重调理气机。柴平汤具有燥湿和中、调节气机之功效,治疗胃脘痛效果显著。

Abstract

The theory of “hundreds of diseases resulting from qi disorder”clearly points out that the qi disorder is the important mechanism of disease. Spleen and stomach is the source of qi and blood and the pivot of rising and falling of qi,which closely related to the movement of qi. Gastralgia is common in diseases of spleen and stomach,in the treatment process it should pay attention to the regulation of qi movement. Chaiping Decoction has the effects of eliminating dampness and regulating the middle-warmer and qi movement,which shows significant efficacy in the treatment of gastralgia.
