摘要

探讨崔云教授治疗精索静脉曲张不育症的主要方法。认为其基本病机为肝气郁结、经络瘀阻、肾精不足,并由此提出“疏肝通络强精法”为治疗精索静脉曲张不育症的治疗法则。

Abstract

This paper discussed Professor Cui Yun’s experience in treating varicocele infertility. Professor Cui considers that the basic pathogenesis of varicocele infertility is stagnation of liver-qi,meridian stasis and insufficiency of kidney essence,and proposes the methods of soothing the liver and dredging the channels and supplementing essence as the therapeutic principal of varicocele infertility.
