This paper discussed and analyzed the academic thoughts of menstruation regulation in Fuke Bingjian. In diagnosis,it emphasizes the pulse and symptoms based on eight principles. Disorder in chong and ren channels and disharmony of spleen,stomach and emotion are considered as the pathogenesis of this disease. In syndrome differentiation,it is based on the five viscera combined with the essence and blood. In treatment,it concentrates on the regulation of blood and qi.
