目的:优选意大利牛舌草总黄酮的提取工艺。 方法:以总黄酮提取率、芦丁提取率及出膏率为考察指标,采用两种多指标综合评分法及L,9,(3,4,)重复正交试验设计,优选意大利牛舌草回流提取法的工艺条件。 结果:用于测定提取物中总黄酮含量与芦丁含量的测定方法均符合方法学要求。意大利牛舌草总黄酮回流提取法优选工艺条件为:料液比1∶20;提取温度100 ℃;乙醇体积分数75%;提取2次,每次2 h。 结论:验证试验表明优选出的提取工艺简便、合理、可行,为后续研究奠定了基础。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Anchusa italica Retz. . Methods According to the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids and rutin and the extraction ratio, the process of refluxing extraction of Anchusa italica Retz. was optimized by two kinds of multi-index comprehensive score method and L,9,(3,4,) repeated orthogonal design. Results:The methods of content determination for total flavonoids and rutin in the extracts were accordance with the requirements of methodology. The optimized refluxing extraction process of total flavonoids from Anchusa italica Retz. as follows:the ratio of material and liquid is 1∶20(w/v), extraction temperature is 100 ℃,the volume fraction of ethanol is 75%,twice extraction and each 2 hours. Conclusion: The validation test shows that the optimized extraction process is simple,reasonable and feasible,which provides the theory basis for the subsequent studies.
